Conceptual water park design exploring modular construction techniques. My main reference was Safari Splash at the Fort Worth Zoo, where I contributed to construction using my skills in fabrication like lath tying, scratch coat, sculpting, and dry-wash painting.
I developed a modular and dynamic slide-building system using 3 pre-made assets that are aligned to a bezier spline. Slide curvature and slope referenced real technical drawings by Fibrart.
All modeling was done in Blender, and all textures were made in Substance Designer using the standard physically-based workflow. Railings adhere to the ASTM standard of 42” in height.
